Process Engineer - Advanced Composite System Ltd.

In this Process Engineer role, you will be instrumental in developing, controlling, and continuously improving manufacturing processes and their parameters. You will analyze production and quality problems, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. A core part of your responsibility will be to enhance productivity, yield, cycle time, and overall process efficiency, while actively working to reduce defects, scrap, and rework. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining critical documentation such as Work Instructions, Process Standards, PFMEA, and Control Plans. Furthermore, you will support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, production trials, process validation, and the implementation of new materials, equipment, and process changes. This role requires you to analyze manufacturing data, monitor process performance, and coordinate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, IE, and other Engineering teams to drive process improvement initiatives.
