Responsibilities

1. Handle BOI Section 36 raw material privileges and routine RMTS transactions. 2. Prepare Raw Material List, Maximum Stock, BOM/Production Formula, Import Release, Export Evidence and Balance Deduction documents. 3. Monitor BOI raw material balances, Maximum Stock and outstanding transactions. 4. Reconcile RMTS data with ERP and inventory records and coordinate correction of discrepancies. 5. Coordinate with Shipping, Customs Brokers and related departments on BOI and Import/Export documentation. 6. Maintain BOI Promotion Certificate records, compliance deadlines and required reports. 7. Support machinery privileges through eMT, BOI applications and project amendments. 8. Support BOI tax and non-tax privileges, including foreign expert/specialist documentation. 9. Prepare and maintain documents for BOI, Customs, internal and external audits. 10. Support BOI compliance, regulatory updates, data reconciliation and process improvement.

Qualifications

  1. 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related fields. 
  2.  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI, Import-Export, Customs, Logistics or related functions, preferably in manufacturing. 
  3.  3. Experience with BOI Section 36 and RMTS is strongly preferred. 
  4.  4. Knowledge of Raw Material Release, Balance Deduction, Maximum Stock and BOM/Production Formula is preferred. 
  5.  5. Basic knowledge of Import/Export Customs Declaration, HS Code and Customs procedures. 
  6.  6. Good Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Table and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP. 
  7.  7. Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage. 
  8.  8. Good command of Thai and working English. 
  9.  9. Good coordination, accuracy, document control, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

What you will do
Job Summary

In this role, you will comprehensively manage BOI Section 36 raw material privileges and related RMTS transactions. You will be responsible for preparing crucial documents such as Raw Material Lists, Maximum Stock calculations, BOM/Production Formulas, Import Releases, Export Evidence, and Balance Deduction records, while also closely monitoring BOI raw material balances and outstanding transactions. Your duties will include reconciling RMTS data with ERP and inventory records, coordinating the correction of any discrepancies. You will collaborate with internal departments, shipping, and customs brokers to ensure accurate and timely BOI and import/export documentation. This position also involves supporting machinery privileges, tax and non-tax incentives, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits. You will play a key part in supporting BOI compliance, regulatory updates, and process improvements to ensure the company effectively adheres to BOI regulations.
