Responsibilities

  1. Manage BOI Section 36 raw material privileges through RMTS, including Raw Material List, Maximum Stock, BOM/Production Formula, Import Release, Export Evidence, Balance Deduction and Adjustment.
  2. Review and reconcile RMTS, ERP, Customs and Inventory records, investigate discrepancies and clear outstanding BOI raw material balances.
  3. Coordinate with Shipping, Customs Brokers, Purchasing, Planning and related departments on Import/Export and BOI requirements.
  4. Monitor BOI conditions, compliance, deadlines, Maximum Stock utilization, outstanding balances and related reports.
  5. Manage BOI procedures for scrap, production loss, defective materials, re-export, transfer and domestic sales.
  6. Handle Machinery Privileges through eMT and maintain BOI machinery records.
  7. Support BOI applications, project amendments, Promotion Certificate conditions and e-Investment transactions.
  8. Coordinate BOI tax and non-tax privileges, including BOI/Non-BOI information and foreign expert privileges.
  9. Support BOI/Customs audits and maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
  10. Provide BOI guidance to related departments and junior staff, monitor regulatory updates and support process improvement.

Qualifications

  1. 1. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  2. 2. Minimum 5 years of BOI-related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. 3. At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with BOI Section 36 – Raw Material Privileges.
  4. 4. Strong experience with RMTS, Maximum Stock, BOM, Import Release, Export Evidence, Balance Deduction and Adjustment.
  5. 5. Good knowledge of Import/Export, Customs Declaration, HS Code and Customs Procedures.
  6. 6. Experience in BOI Compliance, BOI Reporting, Project Amendments, Machinery Privileges and Audit Support is preferred.
  7. 7. Able to reconcile RMTS / ERP / Inventory discrepancies and resolve outstanding BOI balances.
  8. 8. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; SAP or other ERP experience is an advantage.
  9. 9. Good command of Thai and working English.
  10. 10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination and follow-up skills with high attention to detail.

Job Summary

The Senior BOI Officer is responsible for managing BOI privileges, with a primary focus on Section 36 raw material privileges through the RMTS system. Key responsibilities include managing raw material data, Maximum Stock, BOM/Production Formula, Import Release, Export Evidence, Balance Deduction and Adjustment, as well as reconciling RMTS, ERP, Customs and inventory records. The role coordinates with internal departments and external parties to ensure compliance with BOI and Import/Export requirements, monitors BOI conditions and deadlines, and supports machinery privileges, BOI applications, project amendments and audits. The position also provides BOI guidance to related departments and supports continuous improvement of BOI processes and data accuracy.
