1. Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans for patients, particularly neurological cases

2. Deliver physical therapy treatments safely and effectively in accordance with prescribed plans

3. Set measurable and achievable rehabilitation goals for each patient

4. Provide therapy for other conditions (cardiopulmonary and musculoskeletal) as appropriate

5. Work under professional standards and consult with senior physical therapists for complex cases

6. Educate patients and caregivers on rehabilitation programs and home exercises

7. Continuously update professional knowledge and clinical skills

8. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists

9. Participate in quality improvement and service development initiatives

10. Perform other duties as assigned

1. Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and valid License to Practice Physical Therapy

2. Minimum 4 months of clinical experience

3. Experience in neurological rehabilitation is an advantage

4. Strong assessment, clinical reasoning, and treatment planning skills

5. Ability to deliver safe and effective rehabilitation interventions

6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

8. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics

9. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)

10. English communication skills (ability to communicate with international patients is a plus) Applicants with a TOEIC score above 500 are eligible for additional compensation in accordance with hospital policy
