Responsibilities

🔹 Job Description
1. Serve as the primary contact person for patients enrolled in the Comprehensive Depression Center (CDC).
2. Coordinate and monitor individualized treatment plans, including psychiatrist consultations, psychosocial interventions, and specialized treatments such as dTMS and inhalation therapies.
3. Collaborate with psychiatrists, multidisciplinary teams, and inpatient nursing staff to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
4. Conduct patient rounds and support continuity of care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
5. Perform initial screening for depression using standardized assessment tools such as 2Q, 9Q, and 8Q.
6. Assess suicide risk and identify patients requiring urgent intervention according to established clinical guidelines.
7. Evaluate patient suitability for various treatment modalities in collaboration with psychiatrists.
8. Triage patients experiencing psychiatric crises and coordinate emergency care when necessary.
9. Provide education regarding depression, mental health conditions, treatment options, medication management, and treatment adherence.
10. Deliver emotional support and initial counseling within the scope of professional nursing practice.
11. Develop educational materials and coordinate support groups for patients and families.
12. Collaborate with patients and families to develop individualized safety plans.
13. Conduct scheduled follow-up assessments through telephone calls and digital communication platforms.
14. Monitor high-risk patients and individuals who miss appointments to ensure treatment continuity.
15. Reassess treatment outcomes and promptly communicate significant clinical changes to psychiatrists.
16. Coordinate post-discharge follow-up care according to CDC clinical guidelines.
17. Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records within the CDC database.
18. Compile, analyze, and report departmental performance indicators and patient outcome measures.
19. Participate in incident investigations, quality improvement initiatives, guideline development, and accreditation activities.
20. Contribute to the development of new mental health services, research projects, and academic programs.

Qualifications

🔹 Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.N.S.) or equivalent nursing degree with valid Registered Nurse License issued by the Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council.
2. Postgraduate certification in psychiatric or mental health nursing is preferred
3. Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
4. Experience in psychiatric nursing, mental health services, behavioral health, or addiction treatment is highly preferred.
5. Demonstrated leadership and care coordination experience in a clinical setting.

🌟One or more of the following is preferred:
1. Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing (PG)
2. Mental Health and Substance Abuse Nursing (PG)
3. Substance Abuse Treatment Nursing (PG) Fluent in Thai.
4. Good command of English; TOEIC score above 405 is preferred.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Experience with healthcare information systems and electronic medical records is an advantage.

1. Experience in depression management programs, psychiatric case management, or integrated behavioral health services.
2. Experience working in accredited psychiatric hospitals or mental health centers.
