Responsibilities
🔹หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. ประสานงานและให้ข้อมูลทางการแพทย์กับบริษัทประกันคู่สัญญาของโรงพยาบาลเวชธานี
2. ให้คำปรึกษาในด้านกรมธรรม์ กับผู้รับบริการบนพื้นฐานที่มีองค์ความรู้
3. รวบรวมข้อมูลและค้นหา สาเหตุ กรณีมีข้อร้องเรียน ด้านค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ของผู้รับบริการที่มีการใช้กรมธรรม์ จากบริษัทประกันชีวิต หรือมีการร้องขอให้ทบทวนจากบริษัทประกัน
Qualifications
🔹คุณสมบัติ
1. จบปริญญาตรี สาขาพยาบาลศาสตร์บัณฑิต
2. มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพการพยาบาลและผดุงครรภ์ ชั้น 1
3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานพยาบาลไม่น้อยกว่า 1 - 2 ปีขึ้นไป และมีประสบการณ์ด้านทบทวนการใช้ทรัพยากรทางการแพทย์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
4. มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดีในการทำงาน และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ พร้อมเรียนรู้งาน
5. ทักษะการพูดสื่อสารอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ได้ดี (คะแนน TOEIC > 500 มีค่าตอบแทนสำหรับผู้มีคะแนน TOEIC ตามเงื่อนไข)
