Responsibilities
1. Program Development
• Support the design, planning, and implementation of year programs,
short programs, training programs, Camps held domestically or abroad
• Conduct needs assessments and research to ensure programs align with organizational goals and target audience needs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop program content, timelines, and schedules
• Support program marketing and promotion by contributing to marketing strategies, promotional materials, and outreach campaigns to increase program visibility and participation
• Support the development of cost structures, resource allocation plans, and basic financial projections for programs
• Collaborate with communications or marketing teams to develop program announcements, social media content, and digital outreach materials
• Monitor program implementation and contribute to evaluation and continuous improvement processes
• Prepare program proposals, reports, and related documentation
2. Participant Recruitment
• Develop and implement participant recruitment strategies aligned with program objectives
• Identify and engage target audiences through outreach activities, partnerships, and communication channels
• Manage application processes, including promotion, screening, selection, and confirmation of participants
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant databases and records
• Provide timely support and clear communication to participants before, during, and after programs to ensure a positive experience
• Respond to participant inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and customer-focused manner
• Identify and resolve recruitment- or participation-related challenges efficiently, escalating issues when necessary
• Apply problem-solving skills to improve recruitment processes and enhance participant satisfaction
3. Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with partners, volunteers, schools, institutions, and stakeholders to support participant recruitment and program delivery
• Assist in the development and dissemination of promotional materials, announcements, and social media or online outreach related to programs
• Respond to participant inquiries in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive engagement experience
4.Reporting & Compliance
Regularly report operational defects, issues, and challenges to supervisors to ensure timely resolution and process transparency.
5. Miscellaneous
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, education, international relations, development studies, accounting and marketing, business development or a related field
2. Experience in program development, recruitment, outreach, or project coordination is an advantage
3. Strong organizational and project management skills
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
6. Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools including social media
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
