Responsibilities
สิ่งที่ท่านจะได้เรียนรู้จากโปรแกรมระยะเวลา 9 เดือน
- ดูแลมาตรฐานร้าน สินค้า และพื้นที่แผนกอาหารสดให้เป็นไปตามหลักที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ผลักดันยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย โดยให้มีสินค้าเพียงพออยู่เสมอ เช่น การปรับสต๊อคสินค้า
- ดูแลการจัดสินค้าตาม Planogram
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายและวางแผนการสั่งสินค้าให้เหมาะสม เช่น packaging
- ควบคุมยอดสูญเสียของอาหารสด (Shrink, Known loss)
Qualifications
-อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
-จบการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหาร
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานเกี่ยวข้องกับร้านอาหาร / อาหารสดหรือธุรกิจเกี่ยวกับอาหาร 1-3 ปี และยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
-มีความชอบ/รักในการทำงานเกี่ยวกับอาหารสด
-สามารถทำงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ / ทำงานเป็นกะได้
