Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for both the overall shopping mall and individual branches.
- Manage and drive the overall performance of the shopping center, encompassing marketing activities and revenue generation.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and achieve established targets.
- Develop communication and Public Relations (PR) plans to enhance shopper traffic and car traffic to the mall.
- Create strategies to support tenants and operators in increasing their sales and business potential.
- Plan and manage the production of marketing materials, across both online and offline channels, to ensure effective communication and maximize impact.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends specific to the region.
- Prepare and manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring all expenses align with the approved financial plan.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing; retail experience is a plus.
- Proven ability in marketing planning, execution, analysis, and coordination.
- High level of adaptability and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
