Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training to enhance store teams' capability in using dashboards and AI tools
- Support store teams in leveraging data insights from digital tools for daily decision-making
- Coordinate and lead store teams in implementing operational changes and new initiatives
- Act as the primary focal point between Data Intelligence, Technology, and Store Managers
- Gather feedback and requirements from stores for new initiative intake
- Assist in prioritizing and overseeing the execution of store-related projects
- Forward Deploy Engineer
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in digital system support, training, or project coordination
- Foundational understanding of data dashboards and AI tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Willingness to travel to various store locations as required
- Experience in retail operations or end-user support is a plus.
