Responsibilities
- ออกแบบกลยุทธ์เนื้อหาและประยุกต์ใช้เทรนด์การเรียนรู้ยุคใหม่ (Blended Learning, Gamification, AI for Education) เพื่อสร้างสรรค์สื่อดิจิทัลและแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้
- บริหาร โค้ช และพัฒนาทีมบรรณาธิการ สร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่น เปิดกว้าง และบริหารจัดการความหลากหลายของบุคลากรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ควบคุมคุณภาพและความถูกต้องทางวิชาการตามหลักครุศาสตร์และหลักสูตรกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ พร้อมประสานงานกับเครือข่ายผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายนอก
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาครุศาสตร์/ศึกษาศาสตร์ (เอกภาษาไทย), มนุษยศาสตร์, อักษรศาสตร์ หรือศิลปศาสตร์ (ภาษาไทย) (หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพครูจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- ประสบการณ์รวม 3–7 ปี ในสายงานสอนภาษาไทย, บรรณาธิการ, สื่อการศึกษา หรือ EdTech โดยมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมหรือหัวหน้างาน 1–3 ปี
- อายุ 30 – 40 ปี
- มี Digital & EdTech Mindset และความกระตือรือร้นในการเรียนรู้เครื่องมือใหม่ๆ ทางการศึกษา
- มีพลังในการทำงานสูง ปรับตัวได้รวดเร็ว สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความน่าเชื่อถือทางวิชาการ
