Responsibilities

  1. Manage and improve the warehouse process to meet the standards of customer needs.
  2. Monitor customer’s request and enquires to ensure all are fulfilled with complaints/error.
  3. Manage and control the warehouse operation follows the company rules and customer needs.
  4. Solving problem and coordinate with suppliers or (Foreign) customers.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related required.
  2. Need experience 5 years in control warehouse related field.
  3. Need supervisor experience at least 3 years.
  4. *Good command of english for communication.
  5. Able to operate on Microsoft Office and other warehouse system.
  6. Good human relationship and good personality.
  7. Able to work under pressure with positive attitude, mind service and honesty.
  8. Work on Saturday (Twice a month)

In this role, you will manage and improve warehouse processes to meet customer standards and needs effectively. You will be responsible for monitoring and fulfilling customer requests and inquiries, ensuring all are handled completely with minimal complaints or errors. Additionally, you will control warehouse operations to align with company rules and customer requirements, solve problems, and coordinate with suppliers or foreign customers to ensure smooth operational flow.
