Responsibilities
- บริหารจัดการโครงการ วางแผนและควบคุมการดำเนินงานทั้งหมดให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดสัญญาและเป้าหมายของโครงการ
- บริหารจัดการผู้รับเหมา แผนงาน คุณภาพ สัญญา การเปลี่ยนแปลง และการเงินของโครงการ เพื่อให้การก่อสร้างสำเร็จลุล่วงอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดการด้านเทคนิควิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรมของโครงการ รวมถึงการวางแผนและควบคุมงานวิศวกรรม/สถาปัตยกรรมทั้งหมด ตรวจสอบแบบ ควบคุมคุณภาพงานก่อสร้าง แก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค และดูแลการทำงานของทีมวิศวกรและผู้ตรวจสอบหน้างาน
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา, วิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารงานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 8-12 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์ในงานโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรม
- มีความรู้เชิงลึกในงานวิศวกรรมและสถาปัตยกรรม พร้อมความสามารถในการอ่านแบบทางเทคนิคได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ
