Assistant Manager (Mechanical Design Engineer Dept.) - Metric Consulting Engineers & Architects Co.,Ltd.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the mechanical department manager to oversee and enhance work processes and team development. You will lead and guide the mechanical design team, ensuring adherence to project requirements and quality standards. A core part of your role involves analyzing customer needs, constraints, pain points, and feedback to deliver superior designs, improve services, and cultivate strong relationships. You will be responsible for designing Fluid piping, Fire protection, HVAC, Sanitary, Energy & Control systems. This position also requires you to analyze, plan, and manage projects, assessing risks to ensure successful outcomes in terms of time, cost, quality, health, safety, and environment. Furthermore, you will manage bidding assistance, contract preparation, budget estimation, quantity surveys, and lead the team through site surveys, construction supervision, and commissioning activities.
