Responsibilities

Plan and implement market research & approach to create customer awareness.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers & prospects.
Facilitate operation team to perform VOC system to achieve customer satisfaction
Responsible for business development, branding, and other activities inside/outside company.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in Sales Engineer & Marketing or related field.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and good connections with people, both internal and external parties.
