Responsibilities
About the role
As the Business Development Supervisor for Metric Consulting Engineers and Architects Co., Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion into new markets. In this full-time position based in Prawet, Bangkok, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
-Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate new leads and secure new clients
-Conduct market research to identify potential growth areas and emerging trends in the industry
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and pitch innovative solutions that address client needs
-Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients
-Monitor and analyse market data to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
-Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall business development and growth plans
Qualifications
-Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within the consulting or engineering services industry
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with clients
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities
-Proficient in project management, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
-Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
-Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in the engineering and architecture sectors
