Responsibilities
- Plan and execute vehicle testing and validation activities
- Coordinate with Japanese engineering teams on technical issues and result analysis
- Utilize AI and digital tools to improve work efficiency and collaboration
- Participate in ISO9001, 5S, KAIZEN, Compliance, and cross-functional projects
- Guide junior engineers and mechanic teams
- Support troubleshooting and engineering judgement activities
- Analyze test data and prepare technical reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in vehicle testing, validation, or automotive engineering
- Approximately 10 years of related experience is preferred
- Japanese communication skill is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in multicultural and cross-functional environments
- AI adaptive and eager to learn digital technologies and new working methods.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and willingness to drive improvements.
