SALARY: Starting from TH฿ 673,146 per annum
WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED: 

The incumbent’s daily duty is to perform work consisting of the examination and audit for accuracy, legality, compliance with regulations, and justification of vouchers, invoices, claims, and other requests for payment from customer posts.   Responsible for processing post assignment travel vouchers for all overseas posts, and vendor vouchers, E2 vouchers, and Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS) vouchers from Post Support Unit (PSU) client posts.  The incumbent is relied on by the Certifying Officer to forward only correct, legal, and proper vouchers for certification.  Incumbent assures compliance with regulations and correct computation on the basis of supporting documents submitted by U.S. Embassy Finance Offices worldwide, or through contact with program officials, travelers, and vendor's/contractors.  The incumbent must ensure compliance with Federal, Department of State (DoS), PSU, and individual client post policies. When vouchers are rejected, incumbent must provide detailed and tactful explanations of the regulation or policy to the submitter and inform them of the necessary corrective action. 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

(1) Education:
A minimum of two (2) years of college or university studies is required. 
(2) Experience: A minimum of two years progressively experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping is required. 
(3) Language: (This may be tested.)  
Fluent Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
• Please clarify level of both THAI and ENGLISH language skills.  
• You are required to pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Regional Human Resources Office or submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855 with you application before the interview.
(4) Skills:  (This may be tested.)
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software and database software is necessary
• Ability to analyze data, accounting and payment records and reports and obtain necessary information to correct problems is required.
• Solid interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team including with colleagues in different physical locations and under continuous pressure are required.
(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)
• Understanding of accounting concept, working knowledge of automated accounting and financial management concept.
