WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week 40 ชั่วโมง/สัปดาห์

BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED:

Working in the Facility Management section of the Embassy the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Worker carries out maintenance and repair work to all mission buildings and facilities including residential owned and leased properties.  ปฏิบัติงานในส่วนงานบริหารจัดการอาคารและสถานที่ของสถานทูต ซ่อมบำรุงระบบทำความร้อน ระบบระบายอากาศและปรับอากาศ มีหน้าที่ดำเนินงานด้านการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมอาคารและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกทั้งหมดของภารกิจ รวมถึงอาคารบ้านพักที่รัฐบาลเป็นเจ้าของและบ้านพักที่เช่า

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

(1) Education: Completion of secondary school is required and/or completion of vocational training from an accredited institute recognized as producing journeyman level technicians with specialization in the HVAC field is required. สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย และ/หรือสำเร็จการฝึกอบรมด้านวิชาชีพจากสถาบันที่ได้รับการรับรองและเป็นที่ยอมรับว่าเป็นสถาบันที่ผลิตช่างเทคนิคระดับช่างฝีมือ โดยมีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านระบบทำความร้อน การระบายอากาศ และการปรับอากาศ (HVAC)

(2) Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the repair and maintenance of commercial or industrial HVAC systems is required. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ในการซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาระบบทำความร้อน การระบายอากาศ และการปรับอากาศ (HVAC) สำหรับอาคารเชิงพาณิชย์หรือโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม

(3) Language: (This may be tested.)

• Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.  มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาไทย ทั้งการอ่าน การเขียน และการพูดในระดับดี
• Limited knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. มีความรู้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับจำกัด ทั้งการอ่าน การเขียน และการพูด

(4) Skills: (This may be tested.)

• Must have a valid, current local driver’s license for private car is required. Incumbent must be at least 25 years old and have been holding a driver's license for a minimum of five years is required. • Ability to work as part of a team, work under pressure and a tight schedule. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นเป็นทีม สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและภายใต้ระยะเวลาที่จำกัด

(5) Knowledge: (This may be tested.)

Maintenance and repair of HVAC controls including motor starters, thermostats, humidistats, and heat pumps, evaporators and condensers, chillers and boilers. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบควบคุม HVAC รวมถึงอุปกรณ์สตาร์ทมอเตอร์ เทอร์โมสแตต ฮิวมิดิสแตต ฮีทปั๊ม เครื่องระเหย เครื่องควบแน่น เครื่องทำน้ำเย็น และหม้อไอน้ำ
