Responsibilities
- ลงพื้นที่วิเคราะห์ตลาด: สำรวจพื้นที่เป้าหมาย วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาดและงบประมาณภาครัฐ เพื่อสนับสนุนการทำ Roadshow และขยายตลาด
- วิเคราะห์ดีลเลอร์: ลงพื้นที่วิเคราะห์ยอดขายและประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของดีลเลอร์รายจังหวัด/ภูมิภาค เพื่อวางแนวทางพัฒนาเครือข่ายการขาย
- จัดทำ Dashboard และรายงาน: ออกแบบและอัปเดต Dashboard สรุปยอดขาย, สถานะโครงการ และการคาดการณ์แนวโน้มธุรกิจ (Forecast) ให้พร้อมใช้
- สนับสนุนกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ: วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก เกาะติดตลาดและคู่แข่ง เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจเชิงกลยุทธ์และการติดตาม KPI
- งานอื่นๆ: ปฏิบัติงานด้านการประสานงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์, สถิติ, วิทยาการข้อมูล (Data Science), บริหารธุรกิจ ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการใช้ทักษะการวิเคราะห์
- มีประสบการณ์ ด้านการบริหารจัดการข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจ (Business/Data Analyst) ประสานงานโครงการ 2 ปี
- มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลธุรกิจ (Business & Data Analysis) (Data-Driven Marketing)
- สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม Microsoft Excel (ขั้นสูง) และเครื่องมือจัดทำ Dashboard หรือเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์อื่นๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีการวางแผนงานอย่างเป็นระบบและคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking) ที่ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจา ประสานงาน และสื่อสารข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนให้เข้าใจง่าย ทั้งกับทีมภายในและบุคคลภายนอกองค์กร
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล และสามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงาน/ค้างคืนต่างจังหวัดหลายวันเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลได้
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวเป็นของตัวเองจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

In 1956, Minsen Machinery Co., Ltd was registered for importing various industrial and agricultural equipments mainly from Japan and Europe to distribute to dealers across Thailand.
Currently, the company has developed and expanded its business along with government policy. As a trading firm, our main products lines are agricultural machinery, large sized industrial machine tools which are used in manufacturing and project, and water pump with consulting service in water system business. We aim to support Thailand's continuous growth in agricultural and industrial sector to be competitive among the region.
