Sales Manager (Agriculture) - Min Sen Machinery Co., Ltd.

• Responsible for Sales Management with the plan to grow up and existing Sales business.
• Appraising sales’ status and identifying the competitor’s edge and their strategies, and, recognizing new market opportunities and foreseeing the success.
• Develop & maintain business plans regarding after sales in close cooperation with the Sales Managers and team.
• Obtain annual sales target and monitor Sales department's KPI adherence.
• Leadership of key initiatives and coordination of delegated tasks and activates within team.
• Assist clients to improve and professionalize their own.

• Male,Female  Age 35-45 Years old.
• Bachelor degree in Marketing , Sales , Agriculture Engineer or Related Field.
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Sales.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Professional presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Concise communication and coordination, internally and externally.
