Construction & Facility Management Engineer - Murata Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

In this Construction & Facility Management Engineer role, you will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, schedules, quality standards, and company requirements. You will be responsible for managing construction drawings, document revisions, and related technical information, as well as monitoring construction quality and coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments. Furthermore, you will operate and monitor facility equipment to ensure stable and efficient performance, conducting in-house inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions. Your responsibilities will also include managing repair activities, monitoring facility energy consumption, and supporting outsourced maintenance. You will contribute to improving construction and facility regulations, procedures, and working standards, develop training programs, and promote AI/DX initiatives to enhance efficiency in construction, operation, and maintenance.
