Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Recruiter is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on mass recruitment for production roles. This role also supports internal recruitment and employee movement, internship hiring, and recruitment reporting. The position is ideal for an early-career professional looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment (Production / Mass Hiring)
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for direct mass hiring of production roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and hiring.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers and production teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and walk-in recruitment activities as needed.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
2. Internal Recruitment & Employee Movements
- Support internal recruitment processes, including internal job postings, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Assist with internal transfers in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of internal recruitment and movement activities.
3. Internship Recruitment
- Manage internship recruitment activities, including coordination with schools/universities, job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding support.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand internship needs and timelines.
- Support intern onboarding and documentation processes.
4. Recruitment Reporting & Dashboard
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards, including hiring progress, headcount status, time-to-fill, and other relevant metrics.
- Ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date in the recruitment system.
- Provide regular updates to HR and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring activities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment systems, reporting, and MS Excel is an advantage.
- English communication is a significant advantage
