Responsibilities
- Maintain and control indirect procurement documents, supplier records, contracts, and related documentation.
- Ensure procurement documentation is complete, accurate, properly approved, and compliant with company policies.
- Update and maintain procurement data and document status within SAP Ariba and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, Finance, and Accounting on procurement-related documentation and processes.
- Support sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and other procurement activities.
- Coordinate the collection, delivery, tracking, and testing of indirect material samples.
- Maintain testing records, evaluation results, approvals, and supporting documentation.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring procurement records are complete and readily accessible.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Indirect Procurement Manager and the procurement team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement Administration, Procurement Operations, Document Control, Supply Chain Administration, or related functions.
- Understanding of procurement processes, supplier documentation, contract administration, and document control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience with SAP Ariba or other ERP/e-Procurement systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO requirements, governance, or audit processes is an advantage.
