Responsibilities
- ดูแลการทำงานของช่องทางหลัก เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของหน้าเพจอยู่เสมอ
- ตอบคอมเมนต์ / ข้อความ และสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์ (Community Engagement)
- แจ้งทีมที่เกี่ยวข้องเมื่อมีคำถามหรือฟีดแบคสำคัญ
* วางแผนและจัดการคอนเทนต์ (Content Planning & Management)
- วางตารางโพสต์ (Content Calendar) สำหรับแต่ละช่องทาง
- คิดคอนเทนต์ที่สอดคล้องกับรายการหรือเพจ
- ประสานงานทีมกราฟิก ตัดต่อ หรือโปรดักชัน
* ผลิตและถ่ายทำคลิปสั้นเพื่อโปรโมตรายการ (Short-form Video Production)
- เขียนคอนเทนต์ที่เหมาะสมกับรายการ หรือเพจ
- คิดไอเดีย/สคริปต์คลิปสั้น เช่น เบื้องหลัง Hook หรือ Teaser
- ถ่ายคลิปด้วยมือถือหรือกล้อง
- ตัดต่อคลิปเบื้องต้น หรือประสานทีมตัดต่อ
- เตรียม Caption, Hashtag, Thumbnail สำหรับโพสต์
* โพสต์และจัดการคอนเทนต์ (Publishing)
- โพสต์คอนเทนต์ให้ตรงตามเวลาและแพลตฟอร์มที่เหมาะสม
- ปรับฟอร์แมตคลิปให้ตรงกับช่องทาง (แนวตั้ง/แนวนอน ฯลฯ)
* ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผล (Performance Monitoring & Reporting)
- ใช้เครื่องมือเช่น Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics
- วิเคราะห์ผลคอนเทนต์ และสรุปรายงานประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน
- ปรับแผนคอนเทนต์ตามข้อมูลที่ได้
* ติดตามเทรนด์และคู่แข่ง (Trend & Competitor Monitoring)
- ติดตามเทรนด์ไวรัล เสียงฮิต ฟีเจอร์ใหม่บนแพลตฟอร์ม
- วิเคราะห์คู่แข่ง เพื่อหาโอกาสในการพัฒนาคอนเทนต์ของบริษัท
* ทำรายงานสรุปผล (Client Reporting)
- จัดทำรายงานประจำสัปดาห์/เดือน เพื่อนำเสนอผลลัพธ์ให้ลูกค้า
- สรุปตัวเลขสำคัญ (KPI) พร้อมบทวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์
- ออกแบบรีพอร์ตให้ดูเข้าใจง่าย เป็นมืออาชีพ (PDF, PPT)
Qualifications
* มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Social Media & Content Creator อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
* มีความเข้าใจการทำงานของแพลตฟอร์ม Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube และช่องทางโซเชียลอื่น ๆ
* สามารถคิดไอเดียและผลิต Short-form Content เช่น Reels, TikTok และ YouTube Shorts ได้
* ถ่ายภาพและวิดีโอด้วยสมาร์ตโฟนหรือกล้องได้ และสามารถตัดต่อวิดีโอเบื้องต้นด้วยโปรแกรม เช่น CapCut, Premiere Pro หรือ Final Cut Pro
* มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผ่าน Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Google Analytics หรือเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ
* มีความเข้าใจเรื่อง Social Media Trends, Algorithm และติดตามเทรนด์ใหม่อยู่เสมอ
* มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ละเอียด รอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้เวลาที่จำกัดได้
