Co-Lab Lead - WOODY WORLD CO.,LTD.

• Act as the overall accountable lead for Co-Lab clients and projects. • Lead client discovery to understand the business problem, target audience, market context, communication challenge and desired business outcome. • Translate the brief into strategic insight, key message and an integrated solution that may combine content, talent, experts, audience growth, community, events/experiences, media and external partners. • Lead proposal development, scope, pricing logic and commercial negotiation together with relevant Sales / Commercial resources. • Own Co-Lab revenue, gross profit, pipeline quality and overall project economics. • Appoint and brief the Co-Lab Project Manager once a project is approved, clearly defining scope, deliverables, budget, timeline and success measures. • Remain the senior client lead and decision owner throughout delivery; resolve strategic, commercial and scope issues escalated by the Project Manager. • Coordinate functional leaders such as Executive Producer, Head of Audience Growth & Community and Experience Manager when their expertise is required. • Review project results with the client and identify renewal, expansion and long-term partnership opportunities. • Build repeatable Co-Lab solution frameworks, case studies and commercial propositions that strengthen MOL's B2B business.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communication, Media, Strategy or related field. 
• Typically 7+ years in strategy, integrated marketing, branded solutions, consulting, media, agency, partnerships or client solutions; equivalent demonstrated capability may be considered. 
• Proven ability to diagnose business problems and design integrated solutions rather than simply execute briefs. 
• Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, proposal development and senior-client presentation skills. 
• Commercial understanding of pricing, project P&L, gross margin, scope management and negotiation. 
• Able to orchestrate multiple disciplines including content, community, audience, events/experiences, talent and external partners. 
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills in a matrix / cross-functional environment. 
• Professional Thai and English communication.
