Executive Producer / Content Director - WOODY WORLD CO.,LTD.

• Own the strategic direction and performance of the MOL owned-content portfolio rather than operating as the routine Producer of individual episodes. 
• Define content priorities, formats, editorial standards and quality benchmarks across shows. 
• Lead, coach and allocate Producers across the portfolio based on show volume, complexity and business priority. 
• Review show performance using audience, content, commercial and production data; recommend which IPs to scale, improve, reposition, pause or discontinue. 
• Ensure each IP has a clear target audience, proposition, content role and pathway to audience/community growth. 
• Partner with Audience Growth & Community to turn long-form content into effective distribution and audience-building opportunities. 
• Partner with Commercial teams to ensure sponsor integration is effective without weakening editorial credibility. 
• Coordinate with Shared Production to maintain realistic production capacity, timelines and quality. 
• Develop new formats and pilots where there is a clear audience or business opportunity. 
• Maintain portfolio calendar, resource visibility and production risk management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Media, Communication, Film, Content, Journalism, Marketing or related field. 
• Typically 8+ years in content / media production with meaningful experience leading Producers, multiple shows or a content portfolio. 
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to develop repeatable formats, not only one-off creative ideas. 
• Understands audience data, digital content performance and commercial content integration. 
• Able to balance creative quality with budget, schedule and resource constraints. 
• Strong people leadership, coaching, prioritization and decision-making skills. 
• Comfortable challenging legacy formats and reallocating resources based on performance. 
• Working knowledge of production workflow, post-production and multi-platform distribution.
