Responsibilities
- เป็นผู้สอน / วิทยากรถ่ายทอดความรู้ทางเทคนิค
- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมให้เป็นไปตามแผน
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดหาวิทยากร / จัดเตรียมคู่มือและอุปกรณ์ฝึกอบรม
- ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรม
- ติดตามผลการฝึกอบรม
- สรุปข้อบกพร่องการฝึกอบรม
- สำรวจความต้องการการฝึกอบรมของพนักงานเพื่อนำมาจัดทำแผน คู่มือ และเครื่องมือในการฝึกอบรม
- พัฒนาสื่อการสอนให้มีประสิทธิภาพเพิ่มขึ้น
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า / อิเลคทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความสามารถในการอธิบายและนำเสนอ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ / รถจักรยานยนต์ได้ (มีใบขับขี่)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการฝึกอบรมเทคนิค จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับลิฟต์ บันไดเลื่อน และทางเลื่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
