Responsibilities
- ตรวจสอบและดูแลข้อมูลลูกค้าของฝ่ายบริการและขายอะไหล่
- ตรวจสอบราคาสัญญาบริการ กรณีพนักงานขายทำสัญญาหลายปี และกรณีได้รับอนุมัติ W/F หรือจาก ผจก.ทั่วไปฝ่ายขาย
- แก้ไขและปรับปรุงข้อมูลกรณีฝ่ายขายฯ ต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลสัญญาบริการ และกรณีได้รับอนุมัติ W/F ให้แก้ไข
- บันทึกข้อมูลการรับประกันของสินค้าในระบบ GERP & Service Work
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของฝ่ายบริการและขายอะไหล่ฯ รวมทั้งใบเสนอราคา ,สัญญาบริการ เอกสาร GERP
- ตรวจสอบและรับรองความถูกต้องของเอกสาร JOB order ก่อนนำเข้าระบบ - บันทึกข้อมูลสถานะการรับประกันของลิฟต์ ,บันไดเลื่อน ,และทางเลื่อน ในระบบ GERP & Service Work
- Monitoring Call Center Case
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลลูกค้าประจำเดือน และจัดทำรายงานสรุปอื่นๆ ตามคำสั่งผู้บังคับบัญชา
- นำเสนอรายงานประจำเดือนของฝ่ายบริการ และขายอะไหล่ฯ ต่อผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการ ,การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถนำเสนอได้
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความกระตือรือร้น สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
