Responsibilities
- รับผิดชอบงานด้านพัฒนาระบบบริการ และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบริการและขายอะไหล่ เพื่อให้งานด้านบริการเป็นระเบียบ และตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้า
- ลงข้อมูล Breakdown ของงานบริการ และติดตามผลการวิเคราะห์
- จัดทำเอกสารรองรับงานบริการและงานขาย
- บันทึกข้อมูลการเปลี่ยนแปลง การแก้ไข และการปรับปรุงเอกสาร
- ตรวจสอบ RMS ประจำวัน และประสานงานกับทีม Service
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาไฟฟ้า / อิเลคทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- หากมีความรู้เกี่ยวกับลิฟต์ บันไดเลื่อน และทางเลื่อน จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานติดตั้ง/ทดสอบ หรืองานบริการระบบลิฟต์ บันไดเลื่อน และทางเลื่อน ไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power point) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ / รถจักรยานยนต์ได้ (มีใบขับขี่)
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
