Full Stack Developer - Siam Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd. (COTTO)

• Analyze and design software architecture to support business requirements and organizational objectives.
• Develop web applications using JavaScript and React.js for internal business applications and systems.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to define objectives and develop functional, maintainable, and cohesive solutions that enhance the user experience.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge through education and training to stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and programming languages.
• Develop highly scalable and reliable backend APIs to support application functionality and business processes.
• Ensure proper coding, testing, debugging, and software engineering practices are consistently followed.
• Implement and maintain appropriate security standards and best practices across applications and systems.
• Create and maintain user manuals and system documentation to support onboarding and assist new users.
• Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve software performance, reliability, and usability to ensure a positive user experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining production systems, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, with experience in React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
• Back-end experience with Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, PHP/Laravel, Python, or similar technologies.
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs, databases, and Git.
• Experience with CRM, project management systems, interior design, construction, or real estate businesses is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

• Fluency or understanding in Node.js, JavaScript and React.js front-end framework.
• Having knowledge and understanding of databases.
• Understanding of agile development process, programming techniques and tools.
• Focus on efficiency, user experience, and business process improvement.   
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
