We are currently looking for interns to join us in the following positions:
- Key Account Advisor (Customer Service department)
Job Description
- Manage proactive cases for team members, such as following up on parcels at customs.
- Coordinate and arrange return shipments for project products as per customer requests.
- Verify bookings and respond to customer inquiries via email.
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in your field, contribute to real-world projects, and enhance your knowledge and skill set.
Internship period:
- During May 2026 - July 2026
Qualifications
- 2nd-4th year students in any fields
- Good command in English
- Minimum GPAX 2.75
