Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire production planning process from raw material preparation through production execution to finished goods delivery
• Develop short-term and long-term production plans in alignment with customer demand, sales forecasts, and inventory targets
• Control and monitor production schedules to ensure smooth workflow across all manufacturing processes
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, QA/QC, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability and on-time production completion
• Manage capacity planning, manpower planning, machine utilization, and production efficiency
• Monitor WIP (Work in Process) and finished goods inventory to optimize stock levels and reduce production delays
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure production plans support on-time delivery, cost control, and quality objectives
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and operational efficiency
• Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and planning analysis to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning / Production Control, with managerial experience preferred

• Strong experience in end-to-end production planning from raw materials to finished goods

• Solid knowledge of MRP, ERP systems, inventory management, and manufacturing operations

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools

• Experience in manufacturing environments will be highly preferred

What you will do
