Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในสายการผลิตเพื่อลดของเสียและเพิ่มผลผลิต
- ดำเนินกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง (Continuous Improvement, Kaizen)
- จัดทำและปรับปรุงมาตรฐานการทำงาน (Work Instruction, SOP)
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เช่น Productivity, Efficiency, OEE และ Scrap Rate
- ร่วมดำเนินโครงการลดต้นทุนการผลิต (Cost Reduction)
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Quality, Maintenance, Production และ Logistics
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพตามข้อกำหนด IATF 16949 และลูกค้า
- ควบคุมและติดตามการดำเนินงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุน และการส่งมอบ (QCD)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Production Engineer หรือ Process Engineer ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, Problem Solving Tools
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ปัญหา เช่น 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, FMEA ได้
- มีความรู้ระบบบริหารคุณภาพ IATF 16949 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office โดยเฉพาะ Excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับปานกลางขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ไขปัญหา และการทำงานเป็นทีม
