Responsibilities
- ออกแบบ พัฒนา และปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตเพื่อเพิ่ม Productivity, Quality และ Cost Efficiency
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต และดำเนินการแก้ไขโดยใช้เครื่องมือทางวิศวกรรมและคุณภาพ
- รับผิดชอบโครงการ New Model Launch ตั้งแต่การวางแผนจนถึงการเริ่มผลิตจริง (Mass Production)
- จัดทำและปรับปรุง Process Flow Diagram, PFMEA, Control Plan และ Work Instruction
- สนับสนุนกิจกรรม APQP และ PPAP เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้า Supplier และหน่วยงานภายในองค์กรในช่วงการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
- วิเคราะห์และติดตามผลการผลิต เช่น OEE, Yield, Cycle Time, Downtime และ Scrap Rate
- ดำเนินกิจกรรม Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen และ Cost Reduction
- สนับสนุนการตรวจประเมินระบบคุณภาพ IATF 16949 และการ Audit จากลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานและนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมการผลิต วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer หรือ Production Engineer ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์ อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ด้าน Automotive Core Tools
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้อกำหนด IATF 16949 และ Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน New Model Introduction (NPI) หรือ New Model Launch
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือ Problem Solving เช่น 8D Report, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram และ PDCA ได้
- สามารถอ่านแบบวิศวกรรม (Engineering Drawing) และ GD&T ได้
- มีทักษะในการใช้ Microsoft Office และโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
- มีความรู้ด้าน Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma หรือ TPM
