Responsibilities
- วางแผน ควบคุม และดำเนินงานบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์การผลิตทั้งเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และเชิงแก้ไข (CM)
- วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักร ระบบไฟฟ้า และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรพร้อมใช้งานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ลดเวลาการหยุดเครื่องจักร (Machine Downtime) และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- ปรับปรุงและพัฒนาระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องจักร และระบบ Automation เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน
- วางแผนและติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุงประจำปี รวมถึงการจัดการอะไหล่สำรอง
- วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาและดำเนินการแก้ไขป้องกัน (Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action)
- ควบคุมผู้รับเหมาและประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงเครื่องจักร
- จัดทำรายงานผลการซ่อมบำรุงและติดตาม KPI ด้าน Maintenance เช่น MTBF, MTTR และ Downtime
- ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพ ความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมของบริษัท
Qualifications
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า (Electrical Engineering) หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Maintenance Engineer, Electrical Engineer หรือ Automation Engineer ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 1-5 ปี
- มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม, PLC, Inverter, Servo Motor, Sensor และระบบ Automation
- สามารถอ่านและวิเคราะห์แบบไฟฟ้า (Electrical Drawing) ได้
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบ Preventive Maintenance (PM) และ Predictive Maintenance (PdM)
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรได้อย่างเป็นระบบ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
