Responsibilities
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการ Cold Forging, Bonderizing, Induction Hardening และ Shot Peening
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต
- ลดของเสีย เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต และพัฒนาคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่และกิจกรรม Continuous Improvement
- ถ่ายทอดความรู้และเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านเทคนิคให้กับทีมวิศวกรรมและฝ่ายผลิต
Qualifications
- อายุประมาณ 28–35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, อุตสาหการ, วัสดุศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนโลหะหรือชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ Cold Forging Bonderizing (Phosphate Coating) Induction Hardening Shot Peening
- สามารถวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหากระบวนการผลิต รวมถึงพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan และ IATF16949 จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- หากเคยทำเกี่ยวกับ Fastener, Gear, Shaft, CVJ, Drive Shaft และ Powertrain Components จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
