Quality Assurance Group Leader - Somboon Somic Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.

In this Quality Assurance Group Leader role, you will be responsible for managing all Quality Assurance activities to align with company and customer standards and requirements. You will oversee and monitor the quality of production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, specifications, and customer needs. A key part of your work will involve analyzing and resolving quality issues using various quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D, and QC 7 Tools, along with tracking corrective and preventive actions. You will also monitor Quality KPIs like Defect Rate, Customer Claims, and Scrap, coordinating with other departments to resolve quality problems effectively. This position requires you to supervise operations in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems, support internal and customer audits, and manage crucial quality documentation. Furthermore, you will lead and develop the QA team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and presenting quality performance reports to management.
