Responsibilities

1. ดูแลระบบสาธารณูปโภคของโรงงาน (Utility System) ให้สามารถรองรับการผลิตได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

2. วางแผนและดำเนินการซ่อมบำรุงเชิงป้องกัน (PM) และซ่อมบำรุงเชิงแก้ไข (CM)

3. ตรวจสอบและติดตามประสิทธิภาพของระบบ พร้อมวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้น

4. ควบคุมการใช้พลังงาน และจัดทำรายงานการใช้พลังงานเพื่อการประหยัดอย่างเป็นระบบ

5. จัดทำเอกสารด้านความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม และข้อกำหนดตามกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง

6. สนับสนุนการตรวจติดตามระบบคุณภาพ ISO/ IATF และกิจกรรม TPM

7. ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมา และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการติดตั้งหรือปรับปรุงระบบยูทิลิตี้

8. จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเสนอหัวหน้างาน

Qualifications

1. เพศชาย - หญิง อายุ 22 ปีขึ้นไป

2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านยูทิลิตี้โรงงานอุตสาหกรรมอย่างน้อย 2–5 ปี

4. มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบลมอัด, ระบบน้ำ, ชิลเลอร์, คูลลิ่งทาวเวอร์ และระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย

5. สามารถวิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบยูทิลิตี้ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

6. มีทักษะการประสานงานและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิตและวิศวกรรมอื่น ๆ

7. หากสามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office และระบบ ERP/CMMS จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

8. มีความเข้าใจด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงงาน
