Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. ดูแลและให้บริการลูกค้า
- ต้อนรับลูกค้า ให้คำแนะนำสินค้า
- ช่วยลูกค้าเลือกสินค้าให้เหมาะกับความต้องการ
- ตอบคำถาม และแก้ไขปัญหาหรือข้อร้องเรียนอย่างสุภาพและรวดเร็ว
2. ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของร้านและโปรแกรมสมาชิก (Loyalty Program)
- ดูแลหน้าร้านให้สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และจัดวางสินค้าน่าสนใจ
- เติมสินค้าและเช็คสต๊อกสม่ำเสมอ
- แจ้งหัวหน้างานเมื่อสินค้าสต๊อกใกล้หมดหรือสินค้าขายดีจนหมด
- ชวนลูกค้าสมัครสมาชิกใหม่
- อธิบายสิทธิประโยชน์ของสมาชิก และช่วยลูกค้าใช้คะแนนแลกรางวัล
3. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า
- ศึกษารายละเอียดสินค้า โปรโมชั่น และบริการต่าง ๆ
-อธิบายจุดเด่น ราคา และประโยชน์ของสินค้าให้ลูกค้าเข้าใจง่าย
4. ทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารได้ดี
- ทำงานร่วมกับเพื่อนร่วมทีมให้ร้านทำงานได้ราบรื่น
- แจ้งปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะ หรือคำขอพิเศษของลูกค้าให้หัวหน้างานทราบ
5. ดูแลหลังการขาย
- ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าหลังการซื้อ
- ประสานงานเรื่องบริการหรืออะไหล่ (Spare Parts) เมื่อลูกค้าต้องการ
Qualifications
- รถยนต์ส่วนตัว (รถกระบะ)
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) หรือเทียบเท่า
- มีประสบการณ์การขายเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้ามาไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 ปี
