Responsibilities
- Present company products and services to both new and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster business opportunities
- Prepare quotations and contracts that meet client requirements
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver quality solutions and services
- Monitor client payment status and report on sales performance
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Computer, MIS, Accounting, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales or Software/SaaS Sales.
Experience in selling ERP, Accounting Software, CRM, or the Zoho Ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho One) is a strong plus.
Key Skills:
Strong Consultative Selling approach—ability to identify business pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
Excellent presentation and basic product demonstration skills.
Proven negotiation, deal-closing, and client relationship management skills.
Attributes:
Fast learner with a high interest in digital technology and business processes.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
Good command of English is preferred.
