Oversea Purchasing Officer - บริษัท เอ็นทีเอ็น เทรดดิ้ง-ประเทศไทย จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่)

• • Manage all purchasing activities;

  -             Forecast Arrangement

  -             PO Issuing / Monitoring / Delivery Control Management / Inventory Management(Safety stock or Non movement Stock)

  -             Supplier Negotiation

  -             Shipment Management

  -             Cost Controlling

  -             Monthly Meeting with supplier

  • Ensure that all suppliers'' contact and relations are well maintained.
  • Coordinate with related departments to ensure that company get the best benefits
  • Co-work with Purchasing manager to review & analyses supplier quotation, do sourcing recommendation proposal to get approval from Management
  • Arrange Monthly Report (Result with KPI Target / Good point, Problem / Root Cause / Action, Problem solving and Preventive action 

·       Bachelor’s Degree or above in Logistics Management, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

·       Good command of English (writing, reading, and speaking)

·       Good personality, leadership, good attitude, able to work in a team

·       At least 2 years working experience as purchasing staff or oversea coordinator.

·       Able to work at up-country or oversea (sometime)

·       If you have knowledge or experience in medical devices will be specially considered
