Responsibilities

• Procurement material and operation of purchasing requirement.
• Negotiate to supplier on pricing, terms of agreement, delivery, and follow-up process document.
• Placing and follow up PO confirmation from vendor.
• Using AI program to analyze report about purchasing data.
• Understanding of specific industry and its procurement requirements.
• Understanding production plan, cost comparison.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to procurement and delivery immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree relating Business admin or Logistics management. 

• Good command in English communication (TOEIC score 450 up – if any ).

• At least 1-5 year experience in procurement or purchasing field.

• Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and flexibility.

• Good command of Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel and presentation.

• Good critical thinking and problem solving in purchasing job.

• Good work under the pressure.

Job Summary

In this Overseas Purchasing Officer role, you will be involved in the procurement of materials and the overall management of purchasing requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include negotiating with suppliers on pricing, terms of agreement, and delivery schedules, as well as following up on process documents and purchase order confirmations. You will utilize AI programs to analyze purchasing data and develop an understanding of specific industry procurement needs, production plans, and cost comparisons. This position also requires the ability to identify and resolve any issues related to procurement and delivery promptly, ensuring smooth operational flow.
