Jr. R&D Packaging (1-year contarct) - URC (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Support the identification, evaluation, and implementation of packaging innovations and cost‑optimization initiatives to meet performance, functionality, and design requirements.
• Support technical analysis, evaluation, recommendations, and implementation of packaging materials, designs, and configurations.
• Develop and maintain Packaging Master Data, including Packaging Specifications, Technical Drawings, and all relevant technical documentation.
• Plan, conduct, and evaluate packaging laboratory tests to support new packaging innovation and development projects.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing facilities and packaging suppliers to ensure optimal packaging performance, including documentation, communication, technical analysis, troubleshooting, and follow‑up activities.

• Bachelor's in packaging technology or any related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in R&D packaging.
• New graduates are welcome
• Good communication in English.
• Able to work at Samut Sakhon.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging and paper packaging is an advantage.
