Responsibilities
- Prepare shop drawings and construction drawings for projects
- Coordinate and develop BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems
- Review BIM models for accuracy and revise according to specifications
- Support engineering and architectural teams in drawing development and technical issue resolution
- Generate documentation and reports related to BIM modeling work
- Ensure efficient use of design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks
Qualifications
- Vocational diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modeling
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks
- Understanding of MEP system design principles is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage work under tight schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus
- Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
