Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with construction standards
- Plan and oversee quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes
- Analyze quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions
- Develop and update quality-related documentation, such as standard operating procedures
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve and prevent non-conformance issues
- Manage internal and external quality audits to maintain standards and certifications
- Train employees on quality control procedures and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams and management
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Prior experience in the construction is a plus.
