Responsibilities

·Generate sales result to achieve sales target.

· Apply highly developed specialist knowledge and skills in sales and has responsibility for important and strategic channels

· Job Handle and co-ordination in order to complete all sales process

· To implement and oversee the sales, administrative, and financial activities

· Maintain existing customer and expand business to new customer for achieve target

· Make the New account and keep good relation to customers

· Support and coordinate to customer.

· Follow up and report sales progress, customer development progress

·Collect the competitor’s information and report

· Follow up project on hand and forecast delivery in each month

Qualifications

Qualification:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field

· Experience 1-10 years in Sales, Service & Maintenance and General business administration of air-conditioning firm

· Knowledge in HVAC System, Air-conditioning background, Contraction Sales, Service would be advantage

· Have vision, initiative and an orientation towards delivering good service and achieving target results’ cost –conscious, team player and self-motivated, Management skills

· Strong in computer and presentation skills

· Good command of English communication

· Good personality and communication
