Responsibilities
- Oversee and control both staff and sub-contractors engaged in service and repair work for residential and commercial air conditioners.
- Supervise sub-contractors for air conditioner repair and maintenance tasks to ensure work meets company standards.
- Organize and manage sub-contractor schedules according to call center appointments and customer needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with air conditioners, providing guidance and solutions to the team.
- Manage customer requirements and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
- At least 1 year in Service Engineer field.
- Strong knowledge of Air Conditioning would be an advantage.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skill of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with service mind
- Able to travel and be flexible with working days and hours.
