Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for employees, subcontractors, customers, and site personnel.
  • Create and continuously improve training materials, including manuals, learning guides, presentation slides, and various instructional resources.
  • Conduct both theoretical and hands-on training sessions, serving as a trainer and facilitator in classroom and on-site training environments.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of training programs, prepare training reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Instructional Design team and other relevant stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support workforce development by managing knowledge transfer initiatives and delivering technical expertise effectively to target audiences.


    • Qualifications

    - Bachelor Degree or more in Electrical Engineer or related field.

    - At least 1 - 5 years of experience in Training for air condition.

    - good public speaking is creative with a good personality.

    - Basic understanding of HVAC system.

    - Has computer skill including Microsoft excel/ Power point.

    - More than 2 years in Aircondition System.

    - Good-Excellent communication in English (Speaking, Writting, Reading).
