Sales Planning Officer (Data Analysis) - Siam Daikin Sales Co.,Ltd.

Create business report that provides insights into key business points and how to achieve business goals in short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans with the corporate plan.

Design business platform and data recording system for use throughout each department.

Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure quality of data and accuracy

Regularly examine data in reports and transform to management information

Analysis data/ information and plan strategies to achieve department goals and corporate goals

Create key performance indices to control processes and assure the results/ performance

Communicate the results of reports to management on a monthly basis

Support various departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and back office in reaching their goals through analysis reports

Regularly monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends.

Focus on main business key indicator as Pricing, Sale commission etc., to drive service business.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or other relevant fields.

1-3 years of experience in data analysis, sales analysis, or other related fields.

Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and basic data modeling. Particularly Excel formulas and SAP.

Strong in English communication (TOEIC at least 600)

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
